Production and dispatch
Every garment is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock, so an order enters production after it is placed and is dispatched once production is complete. Printing is carried out by a print partner, which produces in the region closest to the delivery address where possible.
Production and transit times vary by item and destination. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown at checkout before payment and is restated in your dispatch confirmation.
Where we ship
The archive ships to the European Union and to the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and Brazil. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per market, stated at checkout before payment is taken. The rate does not vary with the number of items in an order.
Customs, duties and import VAT
Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract customs duties and import VAT, charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient before delivery. Charges vary by country and are outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued with the dispatch confirmation. Tracking may take up to twenty-four hours to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Because every garment is printed to order, an address cannot be changed once production has begun. A parcel returned to the print partner as undeliverable can be reshipped at the buyer's cost, or refunded less the original shipping. Write to the office before the dispatch confirmation if an address is wrong.
Damage, defects and returns
Inspect your order on delivery. Print defects, damage in transit and incorrect items are handled under the refund policy.
